Introducing the new editor, Julie. 01/06/2016
Hello. My name is Julie Nguyen. I'll be the editor for Tina's blog. I'm only 18 and still inexperienced. However, I'll try my best to assist Tina and every single one of her readers.
Here is a little short back story about myself and some things about me.
I was bullied since kindergarten up until I had surgery for my extra finger on the side of my right thumb. But even after having surgery, I was still bullied until after graduating from 5th grade for having a big head. While I was bullied throughout elementary, I would often stay inside helping teachers and draw on the blank sheets of paper that was there.
Once after a year of middle school had passed and I was in the middle of 7th grade. I met a friend who was friends with Tina for a really long time. She was the one who introduced me to Tina back then. I'm really thankful that she did or I wouldn't be here today. Before long time had flew by and it was 8th grade graduation. I met some great friends and some not so great.
Soon came the epidemic for all students after 8th grade, high school. I was one of those students who got lost multiple times for the first month. Soon after I memorized the school buildings and floors. I was able to get the hang of a high school life. It was the kind of school life where I met my first boyfriend, met new friends, failed my first course, made big mistakes, found people who hated me, did things I regretted and lost some people. Honestly, high school is like a roller coaster with many ups but many more downs. I'm not using past tense in the sentence before because I'm currently staying back a year to graduate with my SHSM -- specialized high skills major -- program for Arts and Culture.
As you could tell from just above, I'm interested in art. But I'm also interested in designing, drawing, baking, cooking, eating, playing flute and piano. If anyone hasn't noticed, I'm also Vietnamese. Althought I speak broken Viet (English mixed with Viet). I may seem like one thing at first but I'm very weird and hardly think before I say things. Still working on it though. So I could be less blunt. I was born on July 11. Just 20 days before Tina's birthday. Which makes us summer babies. Horray for warmth! Even though it is currently winter. Atleast, it will be spring soon. Which is good.
I hope everyone was able to get to know me a bit better from this introduction. If you got any questions. Don't be afraid to ask.
